1. In short
This website collects the information you send us through the contact form and, only if you consent, anonymous visit statistics. We never sell this information.
2. Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. If you consent, Google Analytics cookies collect visit statistics (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location) to help us improve the site. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
3. Data we process
When you fill in the contact form we process your name, company, work email, optional phone number and message, as well as the time the form was sent. The data controller is Opsfor Teknoloji ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (Opsfor).
4. Why we process it
Only to respond to your request, schedule a call and contact you before a possible engagement. The legal basis is steps prior to entering a contract and your explicit consent.
5. Transfers and retention
Your data may be transferred to our hosting infrastructure, to the email provider we use to reply to you and, if you consent, to Google LLC for visit statistics (Google Analytics). These providers' servers may be located abroad. We keep your data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in applicable law (KVKK Articles 4 and 7). When that period ends, we delete, destroy or anonymise it in line with the Turkish regulation on the deletion, destruction or anonymisation of personal data.
6. Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11) you can ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Email hello@opsfor.ai.
